Moroccan basketball powerhouse FUS Rabat clinched their 19th DEX-H Championship title with a decisive Game 4 victory over AS Salé, winning the series 3-1. The Basketball Africa League club, FUS Rabat, continues to assert its dominance in the Moroccan men's league with literally no end in sight.

Moroccan giants FUS Rabat secured their 19th DEX-H Championship title by defeating fierce rivals AS Salé in Game 4, clinching the series 3-1. Wearing their special all-black playoff uniforms, the 78-year-old club battled AS Salé for control throughout the first half, leading by a slender 31-25 margin at halftime. In the second half, led by the skilled combo guard Johnathan Jordan, FUS Rabat dominated to win 77-59.
Despite a surprising quarter-final Basketball Africa League (BAL) playoff defeat to the Cape Town Tigers, the 2023-24 season has been hugely successful for the capital city club. FUS Rabat started their season with a nine-game winning streak, which AS Salé halted in an 88-78 defeat. They finished the domestic season with an impressive 27-4 record. After their shocking 91-88 BAL playoff loss to the Cape Town Tigers, FUS Rabat returned to DEX-H action, defeating MAS Fez 2-1 in the semi-final playoff series.
In the finals, FUS Rabat opened with an 82-56 win against AS Salé. Salé tied the series with a hard-fought 76-67 victory in Game 2. Rabat, a nine-time Moroccan Throne Cup-winning club, responded with a crucial 79-60 win in Game 3 and secured the championship with a commanding 77-59 victory in Game 4.
