In Morocco, FUS Rabat has claimed the top spot in the league standings following their 12th game of the season. Led by Abdelhakim Zouita and his teammates, they stand alone at the summit with 25 points, while MAS Maghreb Fez follows closely behind with 23 points.
On the second day of the return leg, FUS Rabat, who hosted Raja Club Athletic, won 80-67, while the second-place MAS had a narrow away win against Tangiers-based club Ittihad Riadi (61-58).
AS Salé, currently in the fourth position, secured a crucial victory in a tight contest against AS FAR with a final score of 68-63.
The next round of matches will see MAS Maghreb Fez and Wydad Athletic Club battle it out for second place, while FUS Rabat take on Madj Tanger Basketball in a game that could well see the Moroccan champions consolidate their top spot.
The Tunisia national team has set course for Dubai in the United Arab Emirates to compete in the Dubai International Tournament from January 19th to 28th.

22nd January: Tunisia – Al Ahly Benghazi (Libya)
23rd January: Tunisia - Al-Riyadi (UAE)
24th January: Tunisia – AS Salé (Morocco)
Al Ahly Benghazi will be taking part in the Dubai International Tournament. Their participation will enable them to prepare for their entry into the fourth season of the Basketball Africa League. Al Ahly qualified for the BAL at the recent Road to BAL tournament in Cameroon.
