Algeria

A Historic 3x3 Medal

In a historic triumph at The 13th African Games' 3x3 basketball tournament, Algeria emerged victorious over host nation Ghana in the final on March 22. The North Africans secured a thrilling 16-11 win, captivating spectators at the University of Ghana. Algerian coach Merouane Bouachir expressed confidence in his team's future success, stating in a press conference back home that this victory marks the beginning of many more:

"Algerian 3x3 basketball has a bright future, and there's plenty more to come!"

Morocco

Excellence Division: FUS Rabat Remain in the Driving Seat

The return leg of Morocco's Division Excellence saw the action intensify on Day 9. FUS Rabat, leading the standings with 37 points, is yet to play their match against Maghreb Athletique Sporting, scheduled for this Wednesday.

AS Salé follows closely behind in second place, with just one point separating them from the leaders. Meanwhile, Maghreb Athletique Sporting holds the third position on the podium. The upcoming showdown between FUS Rabat and Maghreb Athletique Sporting promises to be a decisive match with high stakes.

Tunisia

After concluding the fifth day of the playoffs, Club Africain stands firmly at the top of the standings. The Tunisian team has maintained a flawless record, securing five wins in as many games and amassing 10 points.

Following closely behind are US Monastir with 9 points and JS Kairouan with two wins and seven points. Meanwhile, ES Goulette holds the sixth position in the playoff standings with 6 points, having secured just one win.
